An interview with ZeMKI member Dr. Philip Sinner served as the basis for the report “Sport für junge Zielgruppen” in the program “WDR 5 Töne, Texte, Bilder”.
A report entitled “Sport für junge Zielgruppen” was broadcast on WDR 5 in the program “WDR 5 Töne, Texte, Bilder”. The basis for the report is, among other things, a longer interview by Kevin Barth with ZeMKI member Dr. Philip Sinner, which was conducted at the beginning of May.
The report focuses on the question of how sports broadcasts on television can be made attractive for young target groups. In this context, the focus is also on how children and young people can be actively involved in the production of broadcasts, what strategies sports organizations and rights holders pursue, but also what risks children and young people face when receiving sports content in the media, such as advertising for alcohol, cigarettes and, in particular, sports betting.
The program’s report can be listened to in the WDR media library.
